The Ryzen 2500U is comparable to the i5 8250 (give or take 10% performance) but that’s not the only thing that makes this laptop great. We also love the fact that it comes with 8GB RAM and Vega 8, which is a decent GPU. If only there were Windows 10 thrown in there too.

Another 330 with Ryzen on board. Besides the processor and the GPU, this laptop is likable due to the fact that it comes with Windows 10 and a full HD display.

Finally, something that’s not a Lenovo. We like this Acer machine due to the fact that it comes with 8th gen i5 and 8GB RAM. You miss out on Windows 10 though.

If you consider the 8GB variant, it offers pretty much everything including full HD display, under 2kg weight, 8GB RAM, and Windows 10. The only thing it compromises on is the processor. But seems like a good deal still if you ask us.

You need a laptop with GPU you said? Consider this HP machine. While the 530 might not run GTA 5, it can handle your light gaming needs. You also get Windows 10. The processor, while not as powerful as the Ryzen or i5, isn’t shabby.

The 15-dy0004AU comes with Ryzen 2200U. What’s that? Well, it’s AMD’s budget offering that’s more powerful than a 7th gen i3, but less powerful than an 8th gen. You also get Windows 10 out of the box. Sadly, no 8GB RAM or FHD display here folks.

We put it on the list because of the GPU, but let’s admit it, even that isn’t too great. You get an i3 and just 4GB RAM instead. The consolation prize is Windows 10. Overpriced.
